CURA is an independent online store based in Lisbon, Portugal, operated by Inês Ataíde.
1. Products
CURA offers vintage, previously owned and reworked clothing, accessories and selected objects.
Many items are one of a kind and may show natural signs of age, wear, irregular texture, tonal variation or small imperfections. These details are part of the character of vintage pieces.
Reworked items may include alterations, distressing, dye treatments, added hardware or intentional design changes.
We aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible.
2. Availability
All items are subject to availability.
As most pieces are unique, once sold they cannot be restocked. In rare cases of stock error, CURA reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (€).
VAT exempt under Portuguese tax regulations.
Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
CURA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:
- payment issues
- suspected fraud
- incorrect pricing
- unavailable stock
- incomplete customer information
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier service and seasonal demand.
CURA is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Any customs duties or import charges outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU distance selling regulations.
Returned items must be:
- unworn beyond trying on
- in the same condition received
- free from new damage or marks
- returned within the required timeframe
To request a return, please contact studio@curavintage.shop before sending the item back.
Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived with an undisclosed fault.
7. Product Condition
Any signs of age, wear or imperfections already visible in product images or described in the listing are not considered faults.
Please review measurements, condition notes and images carefully before purchasing.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including images, branding, text, logo and creative direction belongs to CURA unless otherwise stated.
Use, reproduction or distribution without written permission is not allowed.
9. Liability
CURA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products, except where required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union consumer regulations.
